Welcome to THE IMAGES OF KLMOORE.
Take a look below at my Featured Galleries of images where you can "see what happens in a second," or "see what visions last a lifetime." After that you will find some of the recent projects that I have been working on in the Recent Galleries section. If you would like to see and learn more, visit my main web site at www.mooreshots.com or become a fan on Facebook at www.facebook.com/mooreshots where you'll find the latest updates and what I've seen looking through the lens of a camera. I'll keep you posted on what Galleries I'm working on and introduce you to some of the wonderful people I meet along the way.
Thanks, Karl Moore

How It Started
THE IMAGES OF KLMOORE started as a result of my Dad. Growing up, I watched him taking pictures of trains, depots, and anything railroad related. In his retirement, my Dad started his own business selling his slides and through the years, his pictures graced the covers and pages of many railroad magazines and books.
Years later, as my own kids started to play sports, I wanted a way to capture those moments in photos as a way to document their own lives. Picking up a camera allowed me to do this as well as spend a little more time with my dad learning to enjoy what he enjoyed.
Today, I enjoy watching Austin, Tyler, and Lauren grow up as I follow their activities looking through the lens of a camera. Every time they take the field or participate in an event, you'll find me roaming the sidelines or somewhere in the audience documenting their moments.
In 2007, I started a web site to upload my pictures that I had of my kids and friends as a way to share these memories with others across the country. Wanting to learn and know more about photography, I enrolled in photography classes and enlisted my daughter Lauren's help in completing some of the weekly assignments. I also took pictures for Austin's and Tyler's soccer teams and uploaded them to my web site for all the parents on the team to enjoy and share with their families.
Through the enjoyment and encouragement of some very special friends, I decided to pursue my passion for photography and sports in creating THE IMAGES OF KLMOORE. I use my photography to create visions for people to "see what happens in a second" or "see what visions last a lifetime." Thanks Dad!
